Bedtime. As it should be.

A structured bedtime.

An app based routine that encourages children to brush, read and sleep at a consistent time.

1 — 3
Brush.

Oral health is being missed.

Around half of children experience tooth decay. In England, it remains the leading cause of hospital admission for children aged 5–9, despite being preventable. Brushing before bed matters most and yet, it is often rushed, resisted, or missed entirely.

2 — 3
Read.

Reading is in decline

Only 1 in 5 children now read daily. Reading for pleasure is at its lowest level in two decades.
Children are spending more time on short-form, fast-paced content.

A study of 3,322 children found that higher screen time before age 8 is associated with lower scores in reading and maths. This isn’t about intelligence, it’s about attention.

Attention shapes how children learn. Reading builds depth. Depth matters.

3 — 3
Sleep.

Sleep is under pressure.

Up to 50% of children experience sleep difficulties. Screens are designed to hold attention.
Children resist transitions.
Parents are exhausted.
Bedtime, once a natural wind-down, has become one of the hardest parts of the day.

Built on the Brush–Book–Bed programme by the American Academy of Pediatrics.

While the programme defines what should happen, Toothella’s Brush–Book–Bed System™ brings it to life through a calm, guided experience.

Bedtime becomes more consistent, night after night.

Being read to signals

closeness.

Every child deserves a bedtime story. Every night. All year.

That’s where Toothella the Storyteller comes in. The rest of bedtime gently falls into place.

200+ stories.

This is not endless content. It is storytelling organised for sleep.

All in one place.

You set the time.

Story time begins.
Lights out follows.

A story. On time. Every night.

Toothella starts.
She invites brushing, then

the story begins.

Brushing happens.
Language slows.
The screen dims.

They fall asleep.

Blue light ends.
The night takes over.

The same calm sequence each night teaches the brain what comes next.

Toothella keeps that moment consistent.
